“I brought this product about 3 weeks ago. It arrived within 2 days of ordering which was great. I did get some bruising which I was expecting especially as I do bruise easily. I found by gradulally building up the length of time I used the hoop over the first 2 weeks limited the bruising, now after 3 weeks i`m using it for 25 mins with no bruising and i`ve already lost an inch from my waist!!!
